Espacio cartesiano 3D con tikz-3D y colocación de arcos de medición para mostrar el ángulo de elevación

Quiero modificarlo para que el ángulo etiquetado \phise mida desde su origen actual en Pxy hasta el vector r, dando el ángulo de elevación. Por lo que se debe medir y posicionar desde Pxy hacia el eje Z.

Según la página 27 del manual, debe cambiar a un plano rotado.
