documentclass, así que uso `article. Esperemos que el diseño de la página no difiera mucho y que la posición de la tabla en el texto siga las mismas reglas.
Reescribiría un poco tu tabla: eliminaría todas las líneas verticales, de las horizontales usaría solo la primera, la segunda y la última:
