No estás usando \normalsize, \largey \Largecorrectamente: actúan como interruptores y afectan todo en el alcance actual, no solo el material en el { ... }grupo de llaves siguiente. La macro \bfno es totalmente compatible con LaTeX (es un comando Plain-TeX); utilizar \bfseriesen su lugar. Las instrucciones \renewcommand{\baselinestretch}{1.1}no funcionan de la forma en que las estás usando. Le sugiero que cargue el setspacepaquete y emita el comando \setstretch{1.1}en su lugar. Finalmente, agregaría la instrucción \thispagestyle{empty}a la página en cuestión, ya que las páginas de título normalmente no muestran un número de página.
