El problema inmediato mostrado por Kile es que el documento se está compilando con pdfTeX (que es el valor predeterminado) pero requiere uno de los motores más nuevos: LuaTeX o XeTeX.
La captura de pantalla que se muestra no es muy útil ya que solo dice que la compilación falló pero no explica por qué. Para ver por qué, puede hacer clic en "Salida", que es más detallado que "Registro y mensajes". Probablemente esto mostrará un mensaje de error informativo.
El documento requiere LuaTeX o XeTeX porque se carga, fontspeclo que depende de que se utilice uno de estos motores:

Para compilar con XeTeX, en Kile elija XeLaTeX del menú:
Construir > Compilar > XeLaTeX
Para compilar este documento en particular, necesita acceso a la familia tipográfica Fontin:

Esto no es parte de TeX Live, pero tanto XeTeX como LuaTeX pueden usar las fuentes instaladas en todo el sistema, por lo que el documento depende de que tenga estas fuentes instaladas.

Comente la línea que especifica esta fuente:

La forma de hacer esto depende completamente de tu distribución. En Arch Linux, por ejemplo, hay disponible un paquete AUR:

/usr/local/share/fonts. También habrá un directorio que puede usar en su directorio de inicio. Una forma de descubrir el encantamiento correcto es simplemente ver qué paquetes de scripts se ejecutan cuando instalan fuentes para su sistema y adaptarlos en consecuencia.
