Compilo con: pdflatex, biber, pdflatex, pdflatex. Sin embargo, siempre recibo la siguiente advertencia:

aunque me parece que no hay ningún problema en el archivo .pdf. Lo mismo si uso endnotesel paquete. ¿Por qué este bucle? ¿Hay alguna forma de solucionarlo o evitarlo? Gracias

En su MWE falta un comando relevante: \RequirePackage{filecontents}.

Si compilo lo siguiente, cambiando un poco el MWE, no tengo errores. Por favor verifique esto en su propia computadora. Si aún tiene problemas, agréguelo \listfilescomo primera línea del MWE y vuelva a compilarlo. Luego consulte la lista de paquetes y versiones usados ​​y agréguela a su pregunta. (Supongo que entonces tu sistema está un poco desactualizado...)
