Tengo un problema con el subcaptionpaquete.

Esto lleva a referencias inversas a tablas que solo se muestran como signos de interrogación.

La opción relevante debería ser backref=page, ya que inserta los enlaces correctos a la página.

Además, el hyperrefpaquete debe cargarse después del subcaptionpaquete, lo cual no es necesario en absoluto en este ejemplo mínimo.
