Estoy intentando implementar una plantilla de diccionario para mi propio diccionario y me cuesta mucho conseguir que los encabezados sean correctos.

En muchos diccionarios, el encabezado contiene la primera y la última entrada de la página. En látex, esto se puede implementar, por ejemplo, usando \markboth y fancyhdr.

Cuando se utiliza \markboth, el problema es que cuando el último párrafo (= una entrada) de la página finaliza la página, el encabezado de la página relevante y de la página siguiente no hace referencia a las entradas correctas. El párrafo que comienza la página siguiente se convierte en la última entrada de la página anterior en el encabezado, mientras que el segundo párrafo de la página siguiente aparece como primera entrada en el encabezado de la página siguiente.

Si el último párrafo x de la página l no termina en la página => no hay problema

de lo contrario, si el último párrafo x de la página l finaliza la página => la última entrada en el encabezado de la página l muestra el párrafo x+1 (de la página l+1), la primera entrada en el encabezado de la página l+1 muestra el párrafo x+2
