Así que configuré Apache para hacer algunos deberes web. Cuando voy ahttp://localhostdice "¡Funciona!" pero cuando llegué ahttp://localhost/index.html(ubicación de esa página) Recibo el error "No se puede conectar" (Firefox). Lo mismo cuando voy ahttp://localhost/test.php
Cuando abro Apache Monitor, hago clic en Inicio y después de hacer clic en Sí para UAC, dice "¡La operación solicitada falló!"

ejecutar el apachecomo administradoroDeshabilitar la UAC. El hilo de Apache está restringido por el sistema operativo.
