sitio para escuchar en el puerto 88

Quiero que uno de mis sitios escuche en el puerto 88.

En ports.conf en /etc/apache2 en el servidor ubuntu, agrego para que la aplicación web pueda escuchar en el puerto 88:

NameVirtualHost *:80
Listen 80

NameVirtualHost *:88
Listen 88

Tengo esto en mi etc/apache2/apache2.conf, tengo esto:

# Include the virtual host configurations:
Include sites-enabled/

En sitios habilitados, tengo un archivo que se parece a este:

Listen *:88

NameVirtualHost *:88

  ServerName dogtracking.com
  DocumentRoot /home/doggps/public_html/eaglegps.com/current/public

Luego intento reiniciar Apache:

/etc/init.d/apache2 restart

Y obtengo:

Tiene dos Listendirectivas para la misma combinación de dirección IP/puerto. El segundo fallará y Apache no podrá iniciarse.

Además, ¿solías sudoreiniciar Apache?

Los errores de permiso me hacen pensar que no lo hiciste.
