Tengo una configuración EasyPHP 12.1 (la más reciente) en Windows 7x64 y estoy intentando habilitarla mod_fcgidpara PHP. He añadido lo siguiente en mihttpd.conf

Me aseguré de que todas las rutas sean buenas y establecí permisos en todo C:\progra~2\EasyPHP-12.1y en mi wwwraíz en Everyone - Allow All.
Sin embargo, sigo recibiendo 403 en todas las solicitudes del servidor (localhost). Junto con Apache/2.4.2 (Win32) PHP/5.4.6 mod_fcgid/2.3.7eso yosabermod_fcgid está habilitado y está provocando el error 403.
Comentar las líneas anteriores httpd.confhace que funcione nuevamente, pero es más lento que la muerte (por eso quería mod_fcgid). ¿Qué podría estar haciendo mal?
