El host de destino es inalcanzable en LAN

Tengo un enrutador TP-LINK que obtiene Internet desde fibra óptica. El enrutador está conectado al servidor (Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2). Mi servidor tiene 2 tarjetas Ethernet, la primera obtiene Internet (WAN) desde el enrutador. El segundo es distribuir Internet a otras computadoras (LAN). Estoy usando enrutamiento y control remoto desde el Administrador de Windows Server R2 para distribuir Internet. Internet funciona bien en todas las PC. Pero lo que quiero es utilizar una de las impresoras de los usuarios de LAN. La PC del usuario tiene una IP de 192.168.1.85. La IP de mi servidor es 192.168.1.2. La IP del enrutador es 192.168.1.1. Cuando hago ping a 192.168.1.85, el host es inalcanzable. Cuando hago ping a 192.168.1.1, está bien. Todas las PC están en GRUPO DE TRABAJO. Cual puede ser el problema. Por favor muéstrame la dirección. Gracias de antemano.

Según el resto de la historia que le conté a través de los comentarios, querrá agregar una ruta estática en el servidor para la red LAN 192.168.1.0/24 en la que se encuentra su segundo adaptador. Esta ruta le indicará al tráfico destinado a hosts 192.168.1.0/24 que use el adaptador "LAN" y deje Internet (adaptador asignado de IP pública) al otro adaptador. Puede abrir el símbolo del sistema para agregar rutas.

Su ruta se verá así: ruta agregar 192.168.1.0 máscara 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 (Este es solo un ejemplo para acercarme lo más posible a su entorno, pero lea la guía vinculada a continuación para una mejor comprensión. Encontrará más (Es probable que tenga que modificar las IP utilizadas para estas rutas en función de su puerta de enlace interna).
