Actualmente ejecuto dos instancias de apache en mi ubuntu gracias a este método:
múltiples-instancias-apache2-en-ubuntu
Ambas instancias usan ldap, una está configurada con /etc/ldap/ldap.conf. Me gustaría configurar el segundo con otra ruta de archivo ldap.conf.
Sabes como hacer esto ?

Según la ldap.confpágina de manual:
Additional configuration files can be specified using the LDAPCONF and
LDAPRC environment variables. LDAPCONF may be set to the path of a
configuration file. This path can be absolute or relative to the cur‐
rent working directory. The LDAPRC, if defined, should be the basename
of a file in the current working directory or in the user's home direc‐
tory.
entonces deberías definir diferente LDACONFen apache2 envvars.
