Tengo Ubuntu 16 instalado en un VPS de Hetzner. Quiero abrir el puerto 11121, cosa que hice varias veces antes en otros VPS.
He intentadoufw e iptablespero cuando reviso, veo que el puerto todavía está cerrado.
Sugerencia: Lo único que sucedió con este VPS, pero no con el anterior, fue una marca de verificación para RDNS en el panel de administración de Hetzner, luego escribí la IP pública invertida en un cuadro de texto y la guardé. Pero no estaba seguro de esto y lo eliminé nuevamente. Lo único que supongo es esta acción y su efecto en las configuraciones NAT.
Incluso ingresé el comando permitir a través de iptables pero después de eso volvió al siguiente estado:

En mi caso, el problema fue no ejecutar el servicio en el puerto. En realidad, el puerto no estaba escuchando ninguna aplicación o servicio.
Como puede ver en el siguiente resultado denetstat-tanp, no había ningún puerto para escuchar:
