Apache ProxyPass condicional y ProxyPassReverse basado en Cookie

Question

Estoy intentando configurar dinámicamente los parámetros ProxyPass y ProxyPassReverse en el archivo httpd.conf en función de una cookie existente en la solicitud, pero no tengo suerte en encontrar una solución. Aquí está el pseudocódigo:
