El módulo de bóveda entrará en estado CrashLoopBackOff al reiniciar

Hemos configurado Vault para que se ejecute como un pod en el clúster. En el siguiente archivo YAML de implementación, hemos incluido la inicialización y el desprecintado de la bóveda que se realizarán cuando el pod se active inicialmente. Pero cuando el pod se reinicia, el pod se bloqueará en el estado LoopBackOff porque la bóveda se está reiniciando. Esto se debe a que hemos incluido el comando de inicialización y de apertura en el comando del ciclo de vida posterior al inicio del archivo de implementación. ¿Hay alguna manera de que podamos inicializar el pod solo una vez y luego, cuando el pod se reinicie, abrir la bóveda usando las claves existentes?

Sí, en este caso necesita hacer que su script sea más inteligente para verificar primero si la bóveda ya está inicializada.Aquí hay un ejemplo muy simple con un script bash..

Además, un patrón común para lograr esto es usar un sidecar (que eventualmente entra en "suspensión" indefinidamente), pero el postStartgancho también debería funcionar siempre y cuando haga que su script sea lo suficientemente resistente considerando que en algunos casos se ejecutará antes que la bóveda. El contenedor está activo y terminará matándolo y reiniciándose hasta que ambos finalmente se sincronicen.

Lo recomiendo altamenteesta charla de Seth Vargodonde la inicialización automática se realiza con un programa Golang más elaborado.
