Tengo un sitio de WordPress y cuando subo una imagen con un nombre francés como este (sécurité), mi servidor no encuentra la imagen y el navegador me devuelve un error 404. Pero la imagen está en el servidor.
Intento muchas cosas pero nada funciona.
1: agrego esto en mihttpd.conf
AddDefaultCharset on
AddDefaultCharset utf-8

AddCharset UTF-8 .png
AddCharset UTF-8 .html
IndexOptions +Charset=UTF-8

Intento cambiar el idioma predeterminado del servidor en el archivo i18n para esto:
