No se pudo iniciar la instancia de Openstack al integrar con ODL

Question

Intenté integrar Openstack train con Opendaylight magnesio y mis referencias fueron[1]y[2]pero después de realizar todos los pasos, la instancia no se pudo iniciar. Cambié port_binding_controller en la sección [ml2_odl] del archivo ml2_conf.ini de pseudo-agentdb-binding a Legacy-port-binding y luego se inició la instancia, pero el estado de las interfaces del enrutador aún estaba inactivo.

Tengo un nodo controlador y un nodo informático. y Opendaylight se ejecuta en el nodo del controlador.
