Quiero migrar de Potgresql 9.6 a 11 en debian10. Pero recibo este error al querer instalar Postgresql 11:

Solucioné el problema usando estos dos comandos:
sudo apt-get instalar aptitude
sudo aptitude instalar postgresql-11
