Ahora agregué 2 aplicaciones Django más de la misma manera. Desafortunadamente el supervisor no puede mencionarlos. A veces se ejecuta 1 de cada 3, pero la mayoría de las veces ninguno funciona. En caso de que funcione, crea 3 procesos (no sé si así es como se supone que debe ser).

El registro de errores de Nginx proporciona98: Dirección ya en uso, incluso en el puerto 81 (lo tomó como puerto predeterminado porque Apache usa el 80), que no se usa. Apache no debería ser el problema, porque no funciona, incluso cuando Apache está apagado.

Parece que nginx se queja solo de la dirección IPV6. ¿Necesitas ipv6? Si no lo hace, eliminar los bloques de escucha para ipv6 hará que nginx se inicie correctamente solo en ipv4. Si SÍ necesita oyentes IPV6 en nginx, puede hacer lo siguiente

fuser -k 8090/tcp

Esto eliminará el puerto de retención PID 8090. Haga lo mismo con el resto de los puertos que necesite. Un enfoque más severo sería eliminar nginx por completo (suponiendo que sea el que mantiene abiertos los puertos)
