camino:
ls -lart /usr/lib/oracle/21/
Descomprimí la billetera dentro de ?/network/admin
la carpeta y cambié la autorización del grupo a Apache, chown -R :apache /usr/lib/oracle/21/
asegurándome de tener una configuración TNS_ADMIN, LD_LIBRARY_PATH correctamente.
