This user's on-premises mailbox hasn't been migrated to Exchange Online. The Exchange Online mailbox will be available after migration is completed.

Utilice el Editor de reglas de sincronización para establecer el atributo msExchMailboxGUID en NULL en la nube y dejarlo igual en las instalaciones.
