No puedo acceder al puerto 8000 en mi servidor Debian

Tengo un servidor Debian ejecutando fusionPBX, lo instalé usandoesteguión oficial. Utiliza nginx para alojar la aplicación. Intenté agregar otro servidor (Django) en el archivo de configuración de nginx para admitir otro servidor que se ejecuta en la misma máquina. Aún así, no puedo acceder al servidor Django.

Ahora para abrir otro puerto todo lo que tenía que hacer era ejecutar el comando iptable

iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 8000 -j ACCEPT

y guardar las reglas usando

sudo /sbin/iptables-save > /etc/iptables/rules.v4

asegúrese de ejecutarlo como root o obtendrá el error de permiso denegado.

En caso de que obtenga el error de permiso, es posible que desee ejecutar sudo su -antes de guardar las reglas.
