Recibo este error una y otra vez. Al final, conseguirlo ya está instalado. Sugiera cómo puedo solucionar este problema. Probé todas las soluciones mencionadas enesta preguntapero no obtuve solución.

Pude instalar desde la fuente sin ningún conflicto como lo sugirió un amigo. Gracias a todos por tomarse el tiempo de ayudarme.
