Este es un nuevo XPS 15 9550 con BCM43602 (14e4:43ba) y estoy ejecutando Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Cuando intento utilizar el administrador de Bluetooth estándar, busca y encuentra un dispositivo con una MAC (pero no muestra un nombre), pero el cuadro "siguiente" aparece atenuado. También intenté usar Blueman para emparejar el dispositivo y falló. Intenté confiar en él y luego emparejarlo, y falló. No estoy seguro de qué hacer.
El dispositivo bluetooth en cuestión es un Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse y funciona en mi otra computadora portátil Ubuntu.
Si necesito proporcionar más información, hágamelo saber. Generalmente soy capaz con Linux, pero los módulos/controladores del kernel me han confundido un poco.

Tuve el mismo problema, puedes instalar el archivo de firmware que falla en línea

Actualizar: Otra versión (v481) podría funcionar mejor:http://ubuntuforums.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=269987&d=1467804097, también deberá colocar el archivo en /lib/firmware/brcm/BCM-0a5c-6410.hcd
