Una posible solución sería cambiar el nombre de ese directorio y forzar la instalación de esta manera,
sudo mv /usr/share/doc/libssl1.0.0 /usr/share/doc/libssl1.0.0.backup
sudo apt-get -f install
O esto también podría solucionar tu problema,
apt-get install libssl1.0.0 libssl1.0.0:i386
