Recibí ese mensaje exacto cuando intentaba acceder a la página de estadísticas de unhttps://mmonit.com/monit/instalación a través de https, sin tener en la lista blanca la IP de mi cliente para monitorear el archivo de configuración.

Por supuesto, su pregunta no se relaciona con monit, pero tal vez haya algo que bloquee la solicitud de la misma manera (por ejemplo, un firewall), por lo que el protocolo de enlace SSL no se realiza.
