No se puede formatear el disco duro interno al instalar ubuntu

Fuerzo el apagado de mi computadora portátil Ubuntu y ahora Ubuntu no arranca. Intenté reinstalar ubuntu y no puedo formatear el disco duro.

Este es el error que recibo.

Después de hacer clic como 10 veces en ignorar, se muestran dos particiones.

No puedo eliminar la partición usando Gparted. Soy novato en Ubuntu, así que ¿no estoy seguro de qué hacer?

No puedes manipular tu NVMe mientras estás iniciado.


Revisemos su sistema de archivos y veamos si podemos repararlo.

  • iniciar en un Ubuntu Live DVD/USB en modo “Probar Ubuntu”
  • abra una terminalventana presionando Ctrl+ Alt+ T - escribasudo fdisk -l
  • identifique el nombre del dispositivo /dev/sdXX para su "sistema de archivos Linux"
  • escriba sudo fsck -f /dev/nvme0n1p2, reemplazando sdXXcon el número que encontró anteriormente
  • repetir el fsckcomando si hubo errores
  • tiporeboot

Actualización n.º 1:

Devuelva la computadora portátil para su cambio bajo garantía en el lugar donde la compró.
