Tengo una HP LaserJet Pro M148f-M149f y estaba usando el software HP para imprimir y escanear en 18.04.5 LT. Todo funcionó bien desde abril, pero las funciones de escaneo ahora dicen que no se pudo abrir el dispositivo. Cuando continúo en el administrador de dispositivos, aparece el mensaje "Error al instalar el complemento. O eligió omitir la instalación del complemento o ingresó una contraseña incorrecta". y se detiene. La parte de impresión funciona, pero hay varias advertencias acerca de que la parte de fax no se instala (no usaré la parte de fax, por lo que preferiría que no estuviera allí. La impresora recientemente tuvo una actualización de software, por lo que eso es sospechoso. ¿Alguna recomendación? ¿Alguna forma de eliminarlo y empezar de nuevo? ¿Algo parece estar mal con el complemento o con el acceso al complemento?
