en una terminal, escriba
sudo apt-get install -f
la -fbandera significa--fix-missing
después de esto, puedes correr
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
esto instala algunos complementos de terceros.
Puede intentar ejecutar el comando de instalación del complemento nuevamente.

Resolví el problema. En esta situación sólo necesitas instalar estos complementos con Terminal.
# sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly
# sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-fluendo-mp3
