UPD2: NVIDIA 드라이버를 제거하면 로그인 화면(그래픽)에서 시스템이 정지됩니다. 콘솔에서는 괜찮을 겁니다. 따라서 방어적으로 문제는 인텔 드라이버에 있습니다.
UPD3: 커널 4.10 + nvidia 381(외부 인텔 드라이버 포함 및 제외)을 시도했지만 결과는 동일했습니다. xServer 로딩 시 시스템이 정지되었습니다.
