어떤 종류의 하드웨어 문제로 인해 디스크와 통신하려는 모든 프로세스(모든 진단 도구 포함)가 정지되는지 잘 모르겠습니다. Ctrl-C로 종료할 수 없으므로 터미널을 종료해야 합니다. 어떻게 해야 하나요?
