어제(10월 11일) 자정에 내 노트북의 이더넷 케이블을 통한 인터넷 연결이 끊어졌습니다. 아직 Wi-Fi로 연결할 수 있어요.
Xubuntu 19.04 및 Windows 10으로 듀얼 부팅되는 두 번째 노트북이 있습니다. 이 두 번째 노트북은 여전히 Windows 10 및 Xubuntu 19.04 모두에서 이더넷에 연결할 수 있으므로 모뎀/라우터 문제가 아닙니다.
자동 eth0 설정을 삭제하고 재구성하여 이더넷을 복원했지만 이제 그것도 작동이 중지되었습니다(그리고 자동 eth0을 복원할 수 없습니다!).
누구든지 이 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있습니까?

명령을 사용하여 오랜 시간 문제를 해결한 후에 sudo lshw -C network컴퓨터에 케이블이 연결되지 않았거나 케이블에 결함이 있거나(사용자가 Cat 5e 또는 Cat 6 케이블을 사용하지 않았음) 스위치/허브/라우터/모뎀이 연결되지 않은 것으로 나타났습니다. .
컴퓨터가 실제로 eth0 장치가 아닌 enp7s0 이더넷 장치를 인식한 것으로 확인되었습니다. enp7s0을 사용하여 새로운 NetworkManager GUI 연결 스크립트를 생성하고 커널 -29, -30 및 -31로 테스트하면 모든 것이 다시 작동하는 것 같습니다. eth0을 사용하는 이전 연결 스크립트가 삭제되었습니다.
다시 실패하면 Ubuntu Live DVD/USB로 부팅하고 이더넷 네트워크 인터페이스를 다시 테스트해야 합니다.
