KUbuntu Backports PPA를 추가하고 업데이트를 수행하여 이 문제를 해결했습니다. 이로 인해 오래된 패키지가 업데이트되었습니다.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
이로 인해 KDE Store를 통해 모든 패키지(많은)와 설치된 Latte가 업데이트되었습니다.
