우분투 10.10 서버에 R(r-base-core를 통해)을 설치하려고 합니다.

다음을 모두 설치하려고 합니다.

내 인프라에는 공간이 제한되어 있으므로 서버에서 절대 사용할 수 없는 프로그램/라이브러리(libgnome? firefox??)를 설치하는 데 너무 많은 공간을 낭비하고 싶지 않습니다.

  1. 왜 우리는 이러한 모든 종속성을 갖고 있습니까? 전체 종속성 트리나 각각의 동기를 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 방법이 있습니까?
  2. 나는 윈도우 종속성에 대해 정말로 신경 쓰지 않습니다 (사용할 수 없기 때문입니다). apt/dpkg가 이를 무시하도록 하는 좋은 방법이 있습니까? 아니면 소스에서 컴파일하는 것이 바람직합니까?

sudo apt-get --no-install-recommends install r-base-core

우분투는 기본적으로 다음 뿐만 아니라의존한다, 뿐만 아니라추천패키지.

(1) 패키지 해결 트리에 관심이 있다면 다음과 같이 하십시오.

apt-get --dry-run -o Debug::pkgDepCache::AutoInstall=yes install r-base-core
