Ubuntu 소프트웨어에서 Telegram을 제거하면 jupyter 노트북이 다시 작동합니다. 다시 설치하면 더 이상 작동하지 않습니다.
Telegram을 이전 버전으로 다시 설정하거나 방법을 아는 사람이 있으면 이 문제를 해결하고 싶습니다.

편집: 문제는 Google Chrome의 오래된 버전인 것 같습니다. Chrome을 업데이트한 후 모든 것이 다시 작동했습니다.
