저는 현재 Ubuntu 20.10이 설치된 시스템에서 아무런 문제 없이 Logitech C270 웹캠을 몇 년 동안 사용해 왔습니다. 그러나 어제부터 웹캠은 Zoom 및 기타 모든 비디오 캡처 프로그램에서 비디오 출력을 중단했습니다. 카메라의 표시등이 켜져 비디오를 캡처하고 있음을 나타냅니다. dmesg 및 lsusb는 카메라가 감지되었지만 오류가 표시되지 않았음을 나타냅니다. 커널 업데이트를 설치하는 것 외에는 이 문제를 일으킬 수 있는 조치를 취한 적이 없습니다.

물론 질문을 게시하고 나면 문제가 해결되었습니다. 웹캠은 모니터의 USB 포트를 통해 데스크탑에 연결됩니다. 원래는 모니터에서 데스크탑으로의 USB 케이블을 분리했다가 다시 연결하려고 시도했지만 작동하지 않았습니다. 하지만 모니터에서 웹캠을 분리했다가 다시 연결하면 작동했습니다. 이유는 모르겠지만 적어도 나는 다시 사업을 시작했습니다.
