새로 고침 빈도가 120hz를 허용하지 않습니다.

모니터 새로 고침을 120hz로 설정할 수 없습니다. 저는 nvidia gtx 970을 사용하고 있습니다. 출력은 아래와 같습니다(저는 120hz 모니터를 사용하고 있으며 AMD 그래픽 카드를 사용할 때 Ubuntu 15.04에서 120hz로 설정할 수 있었습니다). 이제 Ubuntu 14.x를 사용하고 있는데 120hz로 설정할 수 없습니다. 조언해주세요.

sudo nvidia-settings

해당 메뉴에서 변경했는데 작동했습니다. xrandr이 왜 작동하지 않나요?
