저는 Ubuntu 10.04를 실행하는 오래된 컴퓨터를 가지고 있습니다. 마더보드(Intel)에 그래픽 칩셋이 내장되어 있지만 일부 PCI 슬롯도 있습니다.

듀얼 스크린을 사용하기 위해 ATI Radeon 9200 그래픽 카드를 추가했는데 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. 내가 달성한 유일한 것은 --purge xorg그것을 제거하고 다시 설치하는 것뿐이었습니다. 나는 몇 가지를 시도해 보았고 마침내 X를 깨뜨렸습니다.

일반적으로 컴퓨터를 켜면 기본 모니터만 사용하는데 PPA 드라이버를 설치하면 더 이상 X를 시작할 수 없습니다.

재부팅 후 X가 시작되지 않습니다. 그러나 흥미롭게도 두 번째 모니터에 Ubuntu 로고가 있었는데(이전에는 이 그림을 본 적이 없습니다) 다시 검은색으로 바뀌고 기본 화면에 몇 가지 결함이 나타났습니다. 로그인할 수 없고 TTY도 표시할 수 없습니다.

  • Synaptic을 사용하여 설치한 제한된 드라이버를 제거합니다.

  • AMD Catalyst Center 실행gksudo amdcccle
  • 디스플레이 관리자로 이동

좋아요. 복구 모드로 부팅하고 네트워킹을 사용하여 루트 쉘을 만들었습니다. xorg를 제거하고 다시 설치했습니다. 그런 다음
X -configure를 수행하고
/root/xorg.conf.new 파일을 /etc/X11/xorg.conf에 복사했습니다.
매개변수를 확인했는데 괜찮은 것 같았습니다.
재부팅하면 두 화면 모두에 그림이 표시됩니다.
