가장 오래된 업데이트를 먼저 설치하고 한 번에 하나씩 설치하여 제대로 작동하는지 확인하세요. 제어판의 문제 해결사가 작동하지 않고, x64 기반 시스템용 Windows 7용 시스템 업데이트 준비 도구(KB947821)가 작동하지 않고, 마지막으로 한 번에 하나씩 설치하는 비슷한 문제가 있었습니다. 실제로 재부팅 후 설치에 실패하고 실제로 설치하기 위해 원래 상태로 되돌아가는 4개의 업데이트를 받았는데 실제로는 골치가 아팠습니다.

  3. 업데이트가 설치되면 방화벽, 바이러스 백신을 다시 활성화합니다. Windows 업데이트 구성 요소를 재설정해 볼 수도 있습니다.
