케이블을 통해 라우터에 연결된 기본 PC에서 Windows Vista Business SP2를 실행하고 있고, 무선 노트북에는 Windows 7 Ultimate SP1이 실행되고 있습니다. 추가 Microsoft Office 구성 요소를 설치했는데 이제 원격 데스크톱이 기본 PC에 연결되지 않습니다.
컴퓨터 이름을 입력하면 Wilson-PC오류가 발생합니다 Remote Desktop cannot find the computer Wilson-PC.
IP를 사용할 때 192.168.1.70다음 3가지 옵션에서 오류가 발생합니다: Remote access not enabled, Remote computer turned off, Remote Computer not available on network그러나 명령 프롬프트에서 ping을 실행하면 ping 응답이 OK입니다.
확인했는데 원격 액세스가 활성화되어 있고 방화벽이 원격 액세스를 허용합니다.
