저는 Microsoft 복구 도구인 WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab를 세 번 사용했으며 매번 다음 두 가지 사항을 복구했습니다.
- 누락되거나 손상된 등록 서비스
- 마지막 업데이트 설치 문제
매번 같은 오류를 감지하기 때문에 복구가 실제로 효과적인지 잘 모르겠습니다.
Powershell 스크립트로 업데이트를 시도했지만 끝없이 실행되는 것 같습니다. 마지막으로 메시지 없이 수동으로 중지합니다.

OOBE 문제를 해결한 방법을 알려드리려고 다시 돌아왔습니다.
1) sysprep 유틸리티를 콘솔에서 사용하려고 하면 명령이 인식되지 않았지만 "c:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\Sysprep.exe\OOBE\reboot" 폴더에서 직접 사용할 수 있었습니다.
2 ) 재부팅 시 내 컴퓨터는 OOBE 구성을 실행하고(완료하기 위해 임시 로컬 사용자 계정을 생성함) 마지막으로 마무리 화면이 표시되는 마지막 단계에서 차단합니다.
3 ) 마무리 스크립트에서 컴퓨터가 차단된 경우 "Ctrl + F10" 명령 단축키를 사용하여 터미널에 액세스해야 합니다.
4) "tasklist" 명령을 입력하여 해당 PID로 실행 중인 모든 프로세스를 나열합니다. 현재 사용하는 터미널에 대한 cmd.exe 프로세스와 OOBE 프로세스에서 사용하는 프로세스가 2개 있어야 합니다. 이 2개 cmd.exe 프로세스(PID1 및 PID2)의 PID(4자리 숫자)를 기록하고 "taskkill \PID PID1 \PID PID2" 명령을 입력하여 PID1 및 PID2를 실제 값으로 바꿉니다. OOBE가 종료되고 로그인 화면이 나타나야 합니다.
5) 이 시점에서 모든 것이 수정됩니다. Windows 업데이트 프로세스와 로그를 확인하고 괜찮다면 임시 로컬 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
