우리는 Windows 7 Pro 64비트가 설치된 새로운 HP Elitebook 8440p를 네트워크에 배포하고 있습니다. 인터넷을 통해 Windows 업데이트를 제대로 실행할 수 있습니다. 그러나 내부 WSUS 서버를 통해 Windows 업데이트를 가져오도록 지정하면오류 코드 80072EE2.

WSUS 서버 자체는 이 새 모델을 제외하고 도메인의 다른 모든 컴퓨터에서 작동하는 것으로 보입니다.

내가 한 일과 정보:

  • Windows 7 Pro를 처음부터 다시 설치하기
  • 공급업체 WSUS 서버 포인터에 대한 레지스트리를 확인했습니다.
  • 서버에 연결하기 위해 프록시를 실행하지 않음
  • 방정식에서 방화벽과 보안 소프트웨어를 제거했습니다.
  • AV 유무에 관계없이 시도했으며 AD가 설치되지 않은 새로운 빌드도 시도했습니다.
  • 방화벽을 켜고 끈 상태에서 시도했습니다.
  • WSUS 서버가 있는 네트워크에 직접 연결했습니다.
  • 혹시라도 스파이웨어/맬웨어가 있는지 확인했습니다.
  • 다음 dll을 등록했습니다: oleaut32.dll, jscript.dll, vbscript.dll, msxml.dll, Softpub.dll, wintrust.dll, initpki.dll, cryptdlg.dll
  • LAN 카드의 MTU를 변경해 보고 드라이버도 이전 버전으로 롤백했습니다.
  • MS Fixit을 실행해 보았습니다(최신 버전과 공격적 모드에서 실행할 수 있는 이전 버전 모두).
  • 최신 버전의 Windows 업데이트 에이전트를 설치해 보았습니다.
  • 다음 시작을 시도 > 검색 시작에 cmd 입력 > "관리자 권한으로 실행"을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다.

  • 위 명령 후에 컴퓨터를 다시 시작하십시오.
  • 내 네트워크를 통해 연결되는 것을 볼 수 있고 컴퓨터 아래의 WSUS 서버에 나타나는 것을 볼 수 있지만 실제로는 이를 통과하지 못하는 것 같습니다.
