처음에는 하드 드라이브에 결함이 있는 것으로 생각하여 교체했지만 문제는 계속되었습니다. 모든 하드 드라이브에 대해 스마트 드라이브 진단을 실행했는데 아무런 문제도 발견되지 않았습니다.
그런 다음 모든 RAM을 교체해야 한다고 가정했습니다. 문제는 계속되었습니다.

그러다가 윈도우 10으로 업그레이드했는데 문제가 더 심각해져서 윈도우 7로 롤백했습니다.
