다음과 같은 문제가 있습니다. USB 모뎀을 연결하여 부팅하면 모든 것이 정상입니다. 모뎀을 뽑았다가 다시 연결하면 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.

- 모뎀은 시스템에서 즉시 인식되어 작동을 시작했습니다.
- 플러그를 뽑았다가 다시 꽂았습니다.
