페이지 중간부터 시작하는 목차

저는 논문을 쓰고 있는데 texlive 2019로 업그레이드하기 전까지는 모든 것이 잘 작동했습니다. 이제 목차가 갑자기 페이지 중간에서 시작됩니다. 이전에는 잘 작동했습니다. 도와주세요!
