사이트 일부의 SSL에서 404 오류

Question

강제로 https로 등록하려고 하는데 오류 404가 발생합니다. 이전에는 SSL 아래에 전체 도메인이 있었기 때문에 인증서에는 아무런 문제가 없습니다.

여기 내 conf가 있습니다. 내가 어디로 잘못 가고 있습니까?
