제 고객 중 한 명이 코로나 팬데믹으로 인해 직원들이 재택근무를 해야 하는 회사를 대상으로 온라인 엔터테인먼트 쇼를 제공하고 있습니다. 이는 유튜브를 통해 실시간으로 스트리밍됩니다. 각 쇼는 쇼를 요청하는 회사에 맞게 조정됩니다.

회사가 쇼에 등록할 때 온라인 쇼에 참석하려는 직원의 이메일 주소가 포함된 목록을 제출해야 합니다.나의그런 다음 메일 서버는 쇼를 소개하는 짧은 텍스트와 YouTube 스트림 링크가 포함된 표준 이메일(내 고객을 대신하여)을 각 직원에게 보냅니다.

나는 메일이 확실히 도착하도록 하기 위해 내가 생각할 수 있는 모든 것을 다했습니다:

내 클라이언트의 DNS에 SPF 레코드를 추가하여 수신 메일 서버에 내 도메인이 내 클라이언트를 대신하여 이메일을 보낼 권한이 있음을 알렸습니다. DKIM 레코드를 추가했습니다. DMARC 레코드를 추가했습니다.

이메일 캠페인을 보내기 전에 항상 서버에서 mail-tester.com으로 샘플을 보내도록 합니다. 저는 항상 10점 만점에 10점 만점을 받습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 경우 보낸 이메일 중 일부는 도착하지 않습니다. 모든 메일이 (클라이언트에서) 동일한 도메인의 이메일 주소로 전송되었음에도 불구하고. 실수로 메일을 삭제한 사람들이 있거나 시스템에 바이러스 스캐너가 과도하게 활성화되어 있는 경우가 이에 해당합니다.

어쨌든, 어제 저는 제 고객의 고객 직원들에게 이메일 캠페인을 보내야 했습니다. 아무도 도착하지 않았습니다. 나는 다시 시도했지만 아무도 도착하지 않았습니다. 왜 그런지 전혀 모르겠습니다. 내 mail.info 로그 파일의 관련 줄 일부를 복사했습니다. 로그 파일을 읽는 방법을 정확히 모르지만 눈에 띄는 오류는 보이지 않습니다.

도메인 이름을 다음과 같이 변경했습니다.

  • onlineentertainment.com은 내 고객의 회사입니다.
  • mymailserver.com은 내 메일 서버입니다.
  • receivedomain.com은 제가 직원에게 이메일을 보내려는 회사의 도메인 이름입니다.
