저는 오래된 Acer Aspire1300 15"(512+256RAM 및 1.3MHz CPU)를 가지고 있습니다. 밤새도록 Lubuntu, XUbuntu를 설치해 보았습니다.

lspci -k는 "S3 INC. VT 8636A [PROSAVAGE KN133] AGP4X VGA 컨트롤러(TWISTERK)(REV 01)를 보고합니다.

설치 후에(대체 설치에서만 가능) Linux에서 작동하는 이미지를 얻을 수 있는 방법이 없습니다. 어떻게 해야 합니까? 정말 절박해요.

이제 Lubuntu 12.10이 있습니다. 터미널에도 접속할 수 없습니다.(할 수 있는 옵션이 있나요?)... 피곤하고 슬프네요.

편집 및 재개: Ubuntu 12.10과 관련된 다양한 웹사이트에서 확인된 바와 같이 이는 버그인 것 같습니다. 12.04(보이는 대로 작동하는 곳)에서 12.10으로 업로드하면 비디오 카드가 작동하지 않으며 XORG를 수정해도 문제가 해결되지 않는 것 같습니다. 하지만 매우 큰 버그입니다.

I have a laptop Acer Aspire 1300, running Lubuntu since 10.x. Some
years, already. Everything worked fine. The problem came after upgrading
from Lubuntu 12.04 (in which display still worked correctly) to 12.10.
After that, the laptop boots up correctly, but when it boots the display
manager (lightdm) then the screen distorts completely. Only the upper
thrid is more or less correctly displayed.

The graphics card is an S3 VT8363A ProSavage KN 133 (AGP4X VGA
controller), as reported by lspci.

Modifying xorg.conf does not help.

Changing the display manager (from lightdm to lxdm) does not help, as
well.

I tried with "sudo modprobe savage" (since savage does not appear with
"lsmod"), stopping and starting the display manager. But that did not
work. Also, it appears that the module is not kept after rebooting.

Any ideas?
