나에게 이 문제는 미러 중 하나가 항상 https로 리디렉션되었기 때문에 발생했습니다. 따라서 내 소스 중 어느 것도 https가 아니었지만 리디렉션으로 인해 apt는 결국 https 사이트에서 무언가를 가져오려고 시도하게 되었습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려면 다음을 수동으로 다운로드하여 설치해야 했습니다.

  • libcurl3-gnutls그리고
  • 적절한 운송-https

(apt-transport-https는 libcurl3-gnutls에 종속되어 있습니다).

일단 설치되면 미러가 https에 있더라도 다른 패키지를 성공적으로 설치할 수 있었습니다.
