heroku에 배포된 postgres 보안 패치가 있는데 이제 heroku에서 내 로컬 컴퓨터로 postgres 덤프를 설치할 수 없습니다. 이 마스터마인드는 일반 SQL이 아닌 보관된 덤프만 생성할 수 있기 때문입니다. Ubuntu 17.10은 postgres에서 지원되지 않으며 aptitudeXenial repos에서 10.3 버전을 설치하지 못했습니다.
